Selina is working to fundraise at least 200 donations of $10 or more from City of Tucson residents in order to qualify as a Clean Elections candidate. This public matching funds program matches every donation received by eligible campaigns, dollar for dollar. Eligible candidates are required to maintain strict bookkeeping practices and complete a thorough financial audit, which helps keep them accountable to voters and not special interests.
